HVAC Services Bid 6-4-25

INVITATION TO BID:

Sealed bids will be accepted until 2:00 P.M. Tuesday June 24^th, 2025 at the Johnson County Schools Central Office at 211 North Church Street, Mountain City, TN 37683, on the following items for Johnson County Schools. A public bid opening meeting will be held at the above time and location.

Bids for:

1.  HVAC services for Johnson County Schools for the 2025-2026 school year.

2. Security and fire monitoring service for Johnson County Schools for the 2025-2026 school year.

Specifications and bid forms are available at Johnson County Schools Central Office at the receptionist's desk. Interested parties may call 423-727-2640 with any questions. Johnson County Schools reserves the right to waive technicalities and to reject any or all bids. There will be a mandatory walkthrough of all properties on Tuesday June 17th, 2025 at 10:00 AM for the HVAC and security services bid. Please meet at Johnson County Central Office located at 211 N.
